My New Uniform

These pants and shoes are turning out to be some of my most worn pieces this autumn.

I’m in love with these linen pants. They’re comfortable, light weight and go with so many tops in my wardrobe. I think I have several posts here on this blog with these pants featured. Truthfully, they are the perfect pants to wear here in Vegas. It’s been in the 70’s most days–warmer during the day and cool at night. Since the nights are chillier, I paired these pants with a light sweater and low heel sandals. I draped a denim jacket over my shoulders and I felt put together to tackle the day.

To be honest, this is not a look I’d live in if I were on the east coast. I’ve had to really change the way I dress here but at the same time, find a style that feels right to me. I love elevating outfits and “dolling them up” and feeling a little fancy–that’s just me. 🙂 I’m so glad that I’ve been able to finally start to feel that–it look almost four years of southwest weather for me to figure it out but here we are.

So you’ll continue to see this new uniform of mine here on the blog! This is the whole point of this blog–while I enjoy the content that some influencers create, I’d like to show real outfits worn on repeat. You can feel look and feel great in outfits that you’ve worn a multitude of times!
