Olive & Cream

In the midst of all the chaos going on around here, I thought it would be fun to share today’s look. It’s the perfect color combo for this transitional time when it’s still hot outside but we so desperately want it to be fall.

As summer comes to its unofficial end, these cream colored shorts are the perfect alternative if you like to avoid wearing white after Labor Day.

I love pairing cream with a variety of earth toned colors and I especially love a good cream and olive pairing. I got this olive toned top with delicate ruffle sleeves at Ann Taylor a few years ago–the top is great for Spring time weather too. I’m sure you’ll be seeing many of these classic “repeat” outfits again.

Once the chaos of moving is over with, I plan to make time to capture better photos…until then–stay tuned!
