Shiv Roy Inspired

Succession. I love that show so much. I’ve been binge watching it and tonight I will sadly be finishing up the final episode. The storylines have been great but I’ve also really come to admire Siobhan “Shiv” Roy’s outfits on the show. I love Sarah Snook–I think she’s done an amazing job playing Shiv–I’m gonna miss this show… *le sigh*

I bought these linen wide leg pants in early summer and just now got around to wearing them. As I was taking these pics, I realized “Hey, I feel very Shiv Roy in this look!” We’ve seen Shiv in a lot of wide leg pant looks as well as fitted tops like this mock neck turtle neck that I’m wearing. I paired this look with low heel sandals and a classic bag–the Louis Vuitton Speedy 25. Would Shiv carry a higher end bag? I’m sure of it–but it was fun to feel a little Shiv in my little look!

As long as the weather stays on the “cooler” side, I’ll be able to wear these pants with a variety of tops in my wardrobe. I thought the look felt super chic with a simple but elegant low bun. It’s funny how sometimes the most basic pieces make you feel so good!
